As we approach March, this is an engaging Mindful March, a dedicated opportunity for us to pause, reset, and focus on our wellbeing as a staff community.
This is a simple opportunity for us to slow down and build small wellbeing habits into our day. Working in a primary school can be busy and full-on, so taking even a few mindful minutes can help reduce stress and keep us feeling positive and focussed.
Participating in Mindful March can:
- Reduce stress and prevent burnout
- Improve focus and patience in the classroom
- Strengthen positive relationships with colleagues and students
- Model healthy emotional regulation and wellbeing for our pupils
- Build a stronger, more supportive staff culture
