Visible Learning Project
St Kevin’s is lucky enough to have been chosen to participate in a three year Collaborative Impact Project. This project supports the work of John Hattie and is run by his team. The project provides the conditions necessary to bring about ongoing and sustainable improvement in learner achievement. There is a focus on how evidence can be used to create innovation in the learning environment and data such as a school capability assessment, mindframe surveys and student achievement tests will be used to track growth and improvement.
Learning Collaborative
Another project that we have been selected to participate in is the Learning Collaborative. Through this project we will be looking at the work of Lynn Sharratt, a well respected author and specialist in educational leadership. Our leadership team will work with a number of other Catholic schools in Melbourne to unpack and explore Lynn Sharratt’s work in order to further develop the systems and processes within our school.
