St Kevin’s Primary School is totally committed to the safety and well being of all children. We carefully follow the Child Safe Standards. We ensure that the Standards are part of the schools everyday practices.
All students enrolled at St. Kevin’s have the right to feel safe and be safe. The students and teachers have created child friendly and child-safe materials so that learning is targeted and age appropriate. There is particular attention paid to the most vulnerable children, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, children from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds, and children with a disability. We have an Induction Module that carefully explains the Child Safe Standards and ensures all documentation is up to date and accurate, including the Code of Conduct and Vaccination requirements.
